Peanut Butter Banana Cereal Muffins

Yummy muffins that are high in fiber!
Ingredients:
2 cups all-bran cereal
1 3/4 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup splenda granular
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup peanut butter chips
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 banana (riped, mashed)
1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Stir together cereal and milk.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and chips in a large bowl.
3. Stir banana, peanut butter, apple sauce, eggsinto cereal mixture.
4. add to dry ingredients.
5. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
