Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Mmmm...a nice change from regular banana bread. Use all white flour if you like. I've made three mini loaves with success, as well as one large one.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large bananas, chopped
1 1/4 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the milk, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and bananas and blend til smooth.
2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
3. Add the banana mixture and mix well.
4. Pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
5. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool in pan before slicing.
