This frosty drink is sooo good in the summertime. It also makes the perfect breakfast when you're short on time because it has fruit, protein, dairy...very healthy, and does a great job of keeping your tummy happy until lunch rolls around. Kids also love this. Recipe can easily be halved or doubled.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup ice cube
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Cut bananas into chunks.
2. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve in chilled glasses with straws.
