Peanut Butter Apple Snack

A satisfying snack that will keep you going through the afternoon! It will make a nice meal replacement too if you prefer to eat small meals throughout the day.
Ingredients:
4 medium apples, your favorite kind
1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup raisins
1/8 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup wheat germ
Directions:
1. Mix everything together except the apples, it will be thick.
2. Core the apples and cut them in half so you have 8 halves.
3. spread the peanut butter mixture in the crevaces of the apple and on the cut surface of each half.
4. You can wait to cut all the apples and save the filling for another day. I havent tried to keep them already assembled.
5. Enjoy.
