  1. In bowl, whisk together jelly, peanut butter, vinegar, hot sauce and salt.
  2. Add chicken wings and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 375.
  4. Arrange wings on greased rack set on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn, baste with pan juice and bake until browned, about 20 minute more..
  6. Makes 2 dozen.
