If you are entertaining try making a quick and easy peanut and chili dip by blending together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, Tabasco sauce and fresh cilantro then serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks. This tasty dip can also be served as an accompaniment to roast chicken or is great as a salad dressing.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
7 ounces greek yogurt
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 ounce cilantro, roughly chopped
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl and serve with some tortilla chips or some fresh vegetable sticks.
