This dish is a great way to warm up after a cold day. Serve it over rice and you'll have a tasty main dish!
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sliced peaches, undrained
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 (2 ounce) envelope lipton onion soup mix
Directions:
1. In large skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil.
2. Remove chicken and keep warm.
3. Add peaches with juice, brown sugar, soup mix to skillet. Stir until combined.
4. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 minutes.
5. Reduce heat; return chicken to pan.
6. Simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve over rice.
