Peaches And Cream Pie

Fresh peaches are the best. But this recipe can be made quickly by using canned peaches and store-bought crusts such as those made by Pillesbury.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh, sliced peaches (or 1 15 oz can of sliced peaches)
1 can of sweetened, condensed milk
1 4oz package of cream cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of raw sugar, like sugar-in-the-raw
1 unbaked pie crust for a 9-inch, single-crust pie
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Arrange the peaches in bottom of the pie crust. If using canned peaches, drain them thoroughly before putting them into the pie crust.
3. Next, beat the cream cheese until it is soft.
4. Mix the sweetened condensed milk into the cream cheese.
5. When the condensed mik and the cream cheese are thoroughly mixed together, beat in the egg, almond and vanilla extracts, and nutmeg.
6. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the peaches.
7. Sprinkle the sugar over the top of the pie.
8. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cream cheese mixture has set up.
9. This pie is best when it is still slightly warm from the oven.
