1 cup cubed peeled fresh peaches (about 2 peaches)
1 1/3 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream

1. Prepare Blueberry Sauce. 2. Place 1/4 cup peaches in each of 4 dessert dishes; top each with 1/3 cup ice cream and 1/4 cup Blueberry Sauce. Serve immediately.
