Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons pure cane sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
Directions:
1. Prep does not include chill time
2. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar and lemon juice.
3. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
4. Cool slightly; transfer to a blender.
5. Add the peaches; cover and process until smooth.
6. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
7. Transfer sorbet to a freezer container; cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
8. Yield: 3 servings.
