Ingredients:
1 can yellow cling sliced peaches
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons rum or rum flavoring
Directions:
1. Drain peaches reserving juice.
2. Melt butter.
3. Mix sugar and cornstarch then stir into butter.
4. Add juice gradually stirring constantly then boil 2 minutes and add rum.
5. Pour over peaches and let stand until cold.
