Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk
1 (1 ounce) packet vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
3/4 cup peach, peeled and sliced (fresh or frozen)
2 teaspoons raspberry preserves
Directions:
1. PLACE milk, CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFAST, peaches, and preserves in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. NOTE: For a frostier shake, blend in 1/2 cup ice cubes.
