Peach-Mango Smoothie (Sandra Lee)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango nectar (recommended: kerns)
1 (6-ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (recommended: dole)
1/2 cup frozen peaches (recommended: dole)
1/4 block soft silken tofu (recommended: mori-nu)
1 cup ice
vanilla vodka, optional
Directions:
1. Pour nectar into blender. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth.
2. To make a smoothie cocktail, add 3 ounces vanilla vodka, if desired.
