Try this fruity pick-me-up next time you're in the mood for a cooling iced drink.
Ingredients:
1 ounce superfine sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
12 ounces ice cubes
1/2 mango, flesh chopped
1 peach, stone removed
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, strained
3/8 cup white rum
Directions:
1. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool.
2. Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
