mix together and press into a 9 x 12 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 25 |

l box conf. sugar |
12 oz. tub cool-whip |
mix until smooth. spread onto first layer. |

slice 4 cups fresh peaches and spread onto second layer. |

1 box peach jello |
2 cups water |
