Great custard pie
Ingredients:
1 deep dish - 9 inch pie shell
3 1/2 cups sliced peaches
1-14 0z can- sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter melted
1 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
struesel topping
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts in medium bowl
cut in 2 tbs butter with pastry blender untill resembles coarse crumbs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 425 degree oven
2. Arrange peaches in pie shell combined sweetened condensed milk,eggs butter,lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixing bowl beat untill smooth pour over peaches
3. Bake for 10 minutes sprinkle with struesel topping reduce oven to 350 degrees bake additional 55-60 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean. cool on wire rack
4. Makes 8 servings
