I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan to try apples for this recipe. I also plan on using vanilla or caramel syrup.
1 -2 lb peach
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons sugar free gingerbread davinci syrup
4 serving size sugar free butterscotch pudding (1 package)
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
3 tablespoons butter
1. Mix together peaches, Splenda and DaVinci syrup.
2. Mix topping with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the fruit. Bake 375 for about 35-45 minutes depending on the firmness of the fruit.
