Chilled or at room temperature, the flavors in this soup burst on you tongue... Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 canteloupe, 1 dice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 peaches, peeled and in 1 dice
1/4 cup light rum
Directions:
1. Puree together the canteloupe and orange juice in food processor.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
3. Puree together the peaches and the rum.
4. Combine the two purees in the serving bowl.
5. Stir well.
6. Serve at room temperature OR chilled.
