Peach Buttermilk Soup

Luscious room-temperature or cold soup.. this is one peachy soup!
Ingredients:
2 pounds peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup light cream
1/8 teaspoon allspice
Directions:
1. Drop peaches into boiling water for 10 seconds.
2. Peel.
3. Remove pit.
4. Puree peaches in food processor/blender.
5. Pour puree into a medium bowl.
6. Add orange juice concentrate, buttermilk, cream and allspice.
7. Mix well to blend.
8. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
9. Serve in chilled bowls.
10. Garnish with shaved almonds or toasted coconut.
11. **This is good using necartines also!
