Directions:

  1. For filling:
  2. Combine 1st 4 ingredients, add fruit and juice; spoon into 8 inch sq. pan, sprayed.
  3. Bake 400 degrees for 15 min.
  4. For topping:
  5. Whisk dry ingredients, cut in butter, add buttermilk and stir just until moist.
  6. Drop dough onto filling in 8 rounds.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar.
  8. Bake 25 min. until bubbly and golden.
  9. Serves 8
