This is my favorite salad that I serve at every meal I can.
Ingredients:
2 cans of tender peas
4 eggs; boiled and diced
3 tbsp. of sweet relish
2 1/2 cup of mayonaise
1 cup of shredded cheese
1 small onion; diced
1 carrot; shredded
Directions:
1. In a medium kettle boil the eggs, when done, peel and then dice the eggs and place in a large bowl.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir well and place into an airtight container and chill for an hour and serve.
