This is my favorite salad that I serve at every meal I can. Ingredients:
2 cans of tender peas |
4 eggs; boiled and diced |
3 tbsp. of sweet relish |
2 1/2 cup of mayonaise |
1 cup of shredded cheese |
1 small onion; diced |
1 carrot; shredded |
Directions:
1. In a medium kettle boil the eggs, when done, peel and then dice the eggs and place in a large bowl. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir well and place into an airtight container and chill for an hour and serve. |
