A refreshing cold peas salad accented with bacon and bleu cheese
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed and drained (dry as possible)
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, slice thinly (julienne)
5 ounces mayonnaise
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine mayo and bleu cheese.
2. Add to all other ingredients and toss.
3. Chill and enjoy!
