Ingredients:

  • 1 (11 oz) can white shoepeg corn
  • 1 (15 oz) can le seuer peas
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can french style green beans
  • 1/4 cup pimiento
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Drain the corn, peas and beans.
  2. Add remaining vegetables.
  3. Whisk together the salt, sugar, pepper, oil and vinegar.
  4. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
