Found in a farm magazine recipe by Eleanor Tupy. I'm going to use 2 cups of frozen peas when I make this.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
1 cup american cheese, cubed
1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
1/3 cup almonds, slivered
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons cream
1/4 teaspoon salad mustard
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and refrigerate over night to blend flavors.
