This salad is so easy to make and is an adaptation from on old family recipe. Even little kids that won't touch peas like this salad. Great for picnics and family get-togethers.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can tiny peas, well drained
1 mild onion, finely chopped (preferably vidalia or walla walla)
4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced black olives, well drained
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir in just enough mayonnaise to coat the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, but remember the olives are salty.
