Ingredients:
3/4 pound fresh snow peas
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
1/2 small onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute the snow peas, red pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper in oil and butter until vegetables are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
