Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 cup strawberry, frozen
2 teaspoons whey protein powder
6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Throw altogether in a blender and give er a whirl.
