1/2 a banana and natural peanut butter with fat-free soymilk. Preferred So Good Original to the vanilla flavour (but it's only 40 cals more).
Ingredients:
1/2 medium banana, chopped
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 serving soymilk
1 tsp wheat germ
1 packet splenda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Throw everything in a blender and mix it up.
2. Add water or more soy milk to achieve desired consistency.
