Delicious thick curry to be eaten with toasted hamburger buns.
Ingredients:
1 potato
3 carrots
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup peas
1 onion large
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garam masala
2 cloves of garlic
Directions:
1. Saute the onions and tomatoes in the oil. Add the cooked and mashed vegetables once the onion and tomatoes are well done. Stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
