Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp seasoning salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Poke holes in the potatoes and microwave for 2-3 mins
2. Heat olive oil on stove over medium heat
3. Cube potatoes and place in oil along with seasoning salt & pepper and cover for 6 mins
4. Stir potatoes and cover for another 6 mins
5. Uncover and raise heat to high
6. Add minced garlic and rosemary and stir frequently to finish crisping for 5 mins
