This is one of the best recipes I've tried. Low calorie and wonderful!
Ingredients:
44 oz pork tenderloin
1/3 c soy sauce
2 t honey
1 t brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
2 cloves garlic
2 t red wine
1 t ginger
2 green onions
Directions:
1. Put pork tenderloin in a gallon zip lock bag.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into bag with meat.
3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
4. Put meat in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes.
