Paula Deen's Chicken Salad

I got this from Paula Deens show and wanted to keep it.
Ingredients:
1 celery rib, cut up
4 cups cooked chicken, and cut up
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup fresh basil
lettuce leaf
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together lightly.
2. Chill until ready for service.
3. Place lettuce leaves on chilled salad plates and top with chicken salad.
