Ingredients:

  • this a paula deen recipe for seafood dip
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb freshly graded parmesan (i used the already graded in the deli section)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 (6 oz.) can of crab meat, drained ( i used fresh claw meat)
  • 6 oz. cooked shrimp ( i used cooked salad shrimp)
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and celery and saute for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayo, Parmesan, crab meat, shrimp and pepper. Stir in the sauteed vegetable into the seafood mixture and spoon this mixture in a lightly greased 8X11 casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with toast points or bagel chips.
