This is an easy cake, I like it because it involves no baking.
Ingredients:
7 orejas (palmiers) are known as elephant ears
2 20oz cans crushed pineapple drained
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 8oz cream cheese room temperature
2 7.6oz media crema
Directions:
1. Tear 6 orejas (palmiers) in pieces andlayer at the bottom of a casserole dish.
2. Mix all the other ingredients except the last oreja
3. once it's mixed well layer it on top of the torn orejas
4. crumble the last orejas on the top of the cream mixture
5. Refrigerate for at least overnight, but if you can't wait like me refrigerate for 5 seconds haha
