Directions:

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. In a pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sautee the spinach.
  3. Snip the tomatoes, and add along with the roasted garlic and pine nuts.
  4. When heated through, mix with pasta and add romano cheese.
