Pasta with Prawns and Vodka

Ingredients:
7 ml olive oil
40 g onion, chopped finely
3 g garlic clove, crushed
30 g tomato paste
255 plain yoghurt
240 g fusilli, linguine, or tagliatelle
160 g shrimp
30 ml vodka
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the oil; fry the onions and garlic until soft. Add the tomato paste, stir, add the yoghurt.
2. Season with pepper and simmer until sauce thickens.
3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
4. Quickly add the prawns to the sauce and coat (if raw, cook for about 3 minutes until pink).
5. Serve immediately.
