Pasta With Lentils

A couple of notes about this recipe. First of all, this is a recipe for one person. I know that doesn't seem true, but the 4 coups of water boil down really fast. Secondly, I usually soak my lentils beforehand because it makes them cook quicker. Third, I put 2 oz of pasta, because that's usually the serving size for one person for pasta... sometimes it's 1/4 of a cup, and sometimes it's more. Just go with what the box says, or whatever you feel is good for you. Also, you can do it with rice instead of pasta if you so desire! It's equally as yummy!
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bouillon cube
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 teaspoons hot sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup lentils
2 ounces pasta
Directions:
1. Add ALL INGREDIENTS together, except the pasta.
2. Boil until lentils have almost achieved their desired tenderness
3. Add pasta and cook according to the box.
4. Enjoy!
