Delicious and healthy! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box whole wheat pasta |
1 head cauliflower |
3/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons garlic |
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Boil Cauliflower until soft. 2. Saute garlic in oil and crushed red pepper. 3. When cauliflower is soft, add it to garlic and oil. 4. Boil pasta in the same water used for cauliflower. 5. Add cauliflower to pasta. |
