Pasta Shells With a Tomato and Salami Sauce

Quick and Easy to make, i tend to throw this dish together for dinner alot and the kids love it too!
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (400 g) can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
100 g salami, thinly sliced
350 g pasta shells
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
parmesan cheese, to serve
Directions:
1. Cook pasta.
2. Cook onion and garlic in hot pan, add tomatoes, paste and salami. Simmer for 5 minutes
3. Mix together Pasta and sauce and serve in indiviual bowls, top with parsley and parmesan.
