Pasta Salad with Tomatoes & Blue Cheese

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) baby arugula
2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoon(s) cider vinegar
2 ounce(s) crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 pound(s) farfalle pasta
freshly ground black pepper
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 pinch(s) red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. ) Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, basil & red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add tomatoes & toss to combine. Set aside.
2. ) Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain & transfer to a large bowl. Pour the tomato vinaigrette over pasta & toss well. Cool to room temp. Mix with arugula, blue cheese & black pepper.
