this is a great side dish at a barbeque or a great dish on its own. you can change the veggies to anything you like. i often use different veggies and even add chicken or ham for a variation.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked bow tie pasta
1 1/2 cups light italian dressing
1/4 cup pimiento
1 large red onion
1 cup black olives
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 green peppers
2 large carrots
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refridgerate for about an hour.
