I know there are a ga-zillion Pasta recipes on GR but I wanted to post my 'Go-To' pasta salad recipe just so I have it in my collection. It's easy-peasy and always tastes like summer! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup medium pasta shells
1/4 cup kraft italian salad dressing
1/2 cup (or to taste) kraft mayo
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1-2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
parsley or chives
Directions:
1. Cook pasta shells in water in saucepan until al dente or how you like them. Drain, rinse and cool.
2. Put pasta shells in a serving bowl and add the Italian dressing, Mayo, onion, tomatoes and grated cheese.
3. Mix well. Garnish with green onions, parsley or chives. Set in refrigerator to chill for an hour or so before serving.
4. Yumm!
