Pasta Primavera With Chicken

Makes a nice lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients:
2 quarts water
2 1/2 cups uncooked spiral shaped pasta
2 cups chopped broccoli
3/4 cup sliced carrot
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
1 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Add broccoli and carrots and cook 4-5 minutes longer or until pasta is tender.
4. Drain and place in a bowl.
5. Add mozzarella cheese and chicken.
6. In another saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
7. Cook and stir until blended.
8. Pour over pasta mixture and toss.
9. Serve immediately.
