Ingredients:
3/4 pound(s) fusilli
3/4 pound(s) bow tie pasta
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 1/2 cup(s) pesto
10 ounce(s) frozen chopped spinach
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen peas
1/3 cup(s) pine nuts
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
2 chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Cook, drain, and then toss pasta with olive oil- cool to room temperature. Mix chicken, mayo, pasta, spinach, and lemon juice together. Add peas, pine nuts, salt and pepper, and parmesan.
