Ingredients:
1 lb pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook and drain pasta, set aside.
2. In a skillet on low heat, saute in the oil and butter, the garlic, onions, and parsley about 8 minutes.
3. Season to taste.
4. Toss pasta with warm garlic mixture and serve warm with bread and a green salad.
5. Variations: You can also add chopped olives or bell peppers to the garlic mixture or any favorite chopped vegetables. Experiment, try any new pasta noodles too.
