Ingredients:
4 ounces cooked pappardelle pasta
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt
1/2 tablespoon fresh parmesan cheese, flaked
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 250F, prepare baking sheet.
2. Place pasta in a bowl, toss with oil, basil, oregano, salt.
3. Transfer to baking sheet.
4. Bake in oven about 10 minutes, until slightly browned and crisp.
5. Garnish with parmesan.
