Ingredients:
9 ounces whole wheat spiral pasta
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces broccoli florets
2 large carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 ounce fresh parmesan cheese
10 ounces reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package.
2. Combine cornstarch and salt in small bowl, whisk in chicken broth.
