Pasta Cheese Salad

The cooking time comes when you have to cook the tortellini and steam the broccoli. This is a given, even when I write in the list of ingredients that the pasta and broccoli has to already be cooked and steamed when putting the salad together.
Ingredients:
6 cups cheese tortellini, cooked
1 large pimiento, pepper from jar, diced
4 green onions, chopped
3 cups broccoli, steamed
2 cups jicama, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup parsley, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. After cooking the cheese tortellini and steaming the broccoli, let cool (You can put the broccoli in ice water to cool completely immediately).
2. Put the first six ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
3. In a smaller bowl mix the remaining ingredients together. Add it to the larger bowl with the other ingredients, and mix well. Serve when ready. Refrigerates well.
