Pasta Bows With Tuna, Olives & Capers

This delicious pasta recipe makes a quick and simple supper.
Ingredients:
14 ounces bow tie pasta
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
14 ounces tuna in brine, drained
3 ounces pitted olives, halved
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
2 ounces flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook pasta following pack instructions. Drain, reserving a few tablespoons of water in the bottom of the pan.
2. Return the pasta to the pan over a low heat, stir in the olive oil and garlic and allow to infuse for 1 minute Toss through the remaining ingredients, season and serve.
