Pasta and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook linguine according to directions on box.
  2. Melt butter in skillet.
  3. Add onion, shrimp, green pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Stir whipping cream and flour together in small bowl.
  6. Add to shrimp mixture.
  7. Cook until just to a boil.
  8. Stir in tomatoes and basil.
  9. Place cooked pasta in large bowl.
  10. Top with shrimp mixture.
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
